SITAC Supervisor
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage all sitac and legal documentation such as : negotiation form, authorization form, justification form and others document that required to support continue of the acquisition
- Make communciation with land owner to negotiate and dertimine lease price
- Familiar with negotiation and giving solution if any issue related with govement and comunity case
- Manage all subcontractor to chase good achievement
- Provide impelementation report and risk to Project Manager
Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor degree from Engineering or Law
- Have 3 years experience as related position in telecommunication project
- Familiar with SITAC lease document and Legal package document
- Willing to travel around Indonesia region
- Honest, full of integrity and target oriented
- Good communication, interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure , demonstrated aptitude for problem solving, ability to determine solutions for customers
- Must be able to speak and write in English
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate - minimum Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Word, Power Point)
