Reporting to Technical and R & D Manager (expatriate), the person will develop and improve manufacturing process knowledge and process know-how to improve the quality of the products manufactured, the efficiency of the production and reduce the wastage.
Consistency of the manufacturing processes. Develop process know how and process knowledge. Define and maintain process parameters and SOP for manufacturing to ensure that machine process are consistent.
Regulatory and Company compliance. Integrate and put in place company policies or any relevant regulation like Food safety regulations when related to machine processes to prevent liability and ineligibility of machine processes and packaging materials use.
New product manufacturing process. Develop and improve the machine processes for new products with the help of product development team.
Efficiency of the manufacturing processes. Support the efficiency program of the manufacturing processes both in terms of wastage and efficiency.
Alternative process. Proposes and develop alternative processes with Product Development to improve efficiency or cost of manufacturing.

Qualifications and Experience:
Education: Indonesian, Male / Female, 27 - 32, At least Bachelor (S-1 Degree) in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering with 3 - 4 years working experience in national or multinational flexible plastics packaging, BOPP plastics film, rigid plastics packaging manufacturing companies.
Experience: Currently is holding Process Engineer (Supervisor or Coordinator Level) for the past three to five years with flexible plastics packaging, BOPP plastics film or rigid plastics packaging manufacturing companies.
Skills & Knowledge: Deep and hands-on experience in all aspects of Process Engineering flexible plastics packaging or BOPP film. Strong functional and technical skills. Broad appreciation and understanding of Process Engineering flexible plastics packaging or BOPP film or rigid plastics packaging manufacturing companies.

He will be particularly in charge to check that all the suppliers and raw materials are compliant with any relevant legislation.
Definition of the needs for all Raw materials. Develop and maintain internal specifications for manufacturing raw materials. Prepare specifications to ensure raw materials are made consistently and that testing requirements are defined.
Raw material Qualification. In order to grow the value of the business, manage successfully the development and scale-up of new raw materials/ formulations in / into the plants. Attend trails to ensure the successful development and scale up of new products.
Regulatory and Company compliance. Assess, coordinate and direct investigations of packaging materials and material substitutes in compliance with regulatory requirements to prevent liability and ineligibility of packaging material use.
