JOB DESCRIPTION
- Experience selling on media online is a MUST
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services through online media
- Doing marketing plan through Online Media and maintain online community.
- Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Daily and Weekly Report for Sales Achievement progress.
Requirements :
- Maximum age 28 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- Required skill(s):
- Familiar with Internet, e-Mail, Chatting (especially on online media - Social Network, Forum, others)
- Excellent communication skills and problem solving abilities
- Customer service orientation
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications & internet
- Sales target oriented and Multi-task oriented
- Can work individual or team.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Lippo Karawaci.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Selling via Online Media or equivalent.
